2. Services described on the site
Content on this website is informational. Project work is governed by a separate proposal and contract. Quotes shared online are estimates unless explicitly stated as binding.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no unauthorized scraping that harms availability, no spam via contact channels, and no attempts to bypass security controls.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and branding belong to Appfield or our licensors. You may not copy substantial parts without permission. Client project IP is handled in the project contract.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Case studies and blog posts are illustrative and may use anonymized or placeholder details where needed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appfield is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. For contracted delivery, liability is defined in the signed agreement.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
